Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of HostOnGo.com lifetime web hosting plans, website features and related services. Please read them before placing an order.

Last updated: 26 October 2026
Before publishing: This is a customized template, not legal advice. Confirm the legal entity operating HostOnGo.com, the service-provider arrangements, and the governing law. Have a qualified lawyer review these terms for the markets where you sell.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and the legal entity operating HostOnGo.com (“HostOnGo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to your access to our website and purchase or use of lifetime web hosting plans and related services (“Services”). Placing an order, making payment or using the Services means you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable refund terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

2. Services and Plan Details

The hosting features, website limits, resources, support level, duration and price for a purchase are described on the relevant plan page and checkout. Please review those details before ordering. Features may differ between Starter, Business, Pro and Ultimate plans and may be subject to technical restrictions or third-party terms.

Some parts of the Services may be delivered through third-party hosting infrastructure, control panels, domain registrars, SSL/CDN providers or software vendors. Where applicable, use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and availability.

3. Lifetime Hosting and One-Time Payments

Where a plan is advertised as “lifetime hosting” or “one-time hosting”, the payment structure and service duration are those expressly stated in the applicable offer, order confirmation and service terms. “Lifetime” does not mean that a service is guaranteed to operate forever or beyond the service period defined by the applicable offer. Before purchase, review the plan description and any stated conditions, limitations or exclusions.

A one-time payment covers only the service and features described in the order. Domain registrations and renewals, premium applications, third-party licences, add-ons, migration work, taxes or other services may be separate charges unless the checkout explicitly states that they are included.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. When creating an account or placing an order, you must provide accurate and current contact, billing and account information. You must update that information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices and currencies are shown on the website or at checkout. The final order total may include taxes or other charges displayed before payment. You are responsible for checking the order summary before submitting payment. Orders are subject to successful payment processing and acceptance by us or our payment provider.

We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors, decline suspicious transactions, or cancel an order where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will handle the payment or refund in accordance with applicable law and the terms of that order.

6. Refunds, Cancellations and Termination by Customer

Eligible shared hosting plans may qualify for a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To request a refund, email support@hostongo.com within 30 days of purchase and include enough information to identify your order. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, add-ons and third-party products or services may be non-refundable. The specific offer shown at checkout and the published refund policy apply to your purchase, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may not qualify for a refund to the extent permitted by law. You may request cancellation by contacting support. Cancellation may result in the loss of access to the Services and hosted data, so download any files and maintain independent backups before cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You must use the Services lawfully and must not use them to violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, conduct phishing, send unlawful spam, attack networks, infringe copyright or trademarks, host illegal content, or interfere with other customers or systems. You must not attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, networks or software.

Hosting plans are intended for active website content. Unless expressly permitted in your plan, you may not use hosting as offsite backup storage, a general cloud-storage repository, a file-distribution service or a peer-to-peer file-sharing service. We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers or comply with law.

8. Storage, Bandwidth and Resource Use

Where a plan advertises unlimited storage or bandwidth, this applies to normal website usage and remains subject to the plan description, technical constraints and Acceptable Use Policy. It does not permit abusive, excessive or unrelated use such as large-scale file distribution, offsite backups or cloud storage. We may contact you or apply reasonable restrictions where usage materially affects service stability or other customers, consistent with the applicable terms and law.

Database, file, email, process and other resource limits may apply. Please consult the plan details and support documentation for the current technical limits applicable to your service.

9. Customer Content, Security and Backups

You are responsible for your website content, files, applications, email campaigns and data stored or transmitted through your account. You must ensure that you have the rights and permissions required for all content you use. You are also responsible for securing your applications, keeping software reasonably updated and protecting your account credentials.

You should maintain independent backups of your website, databases, email and other important data. Unless your purchased plan expressly includes a defined backup service, do not assume backups or recovery are included or guaranteed. HostOnGo.com is not responsible for data loss to the extent caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your failure to maintain backups, subject always to applicable law.

10. Domains, Email, SSL, CDN and Third-Party Products

Domain names are subject to availability, registrar rules and applicable registration or renewal fees. Domain registrations and renewals may be separate from lifetime hosting and may require recurring payments. You are responsible for checking domain expiry dates and keeping registrar contact information current.

Business email, SSL certificates, CDN features, control panels, one-click applications and other tools may depend on third-party providers or product-specific conditions. Availability, features and licences may be subject to those providers’ terms. Any service not explicitly included in your order may require a separate purchase or renewal.

11. Service Availability, Maintenance and Changes

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly says otherwise. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network or infrastructure problems, security incidents, third-party failures or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update the website, plan offerings or features for future orders. Changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled according to the applicable order terms and law. We may carry out emergency maintenance when reasonably necessary to protect security or stability.

12. Suspension and Termination by Us

We may restrict, suspend or terminate Services where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, abuse of resources or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may take immediate action when needed to prevent harm, protect other customers or comply with law.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how personal information and cookies are handled. By using the website or Services, you acknowledge that you should review those policies. Do not submit personal information through the website unless you are authorized to do so.

14. Disclaimers

Information on the website is provided for general service and product information. While we aim to keep it accurate, plan features, availability and pricing can change. The specific terms shown at checkout and the details of your order govern the Services purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other disclaimer applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostOnGo.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of the Services. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes to existing purchases will be subject to the terms applicable to the order and any rights you have under applicable law. Continued use after an update takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law and courts for any dispute must be specified based on the legal entity operating HostOnGo.com and the jurisdictions in which it sells services. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Action required before publishing: Insert the correct contracting legal entity, governing law and jurisdiction after legal review. Do not publish an unverified jurisdiction.

19. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
